This e-learning course is for sexual assault advocates working in a rural community to learn about how trauma impacts survivors of sexual violence and how advocacy can support healing. Through a series of interactive videos and activities rural advocates and leadership at rural programs will be able to pace themselves as they explore ways to create a healing focused organization. The four-module course includes: polls, videos with experts, interviews with rural advocates, journal prompts, trauma-informed yoga demonstrations, and links to resources for further learning after the course is complete. ASL interpretation and closed captions in English and Spanish are provided throughout the course.
