Have you ever experienced a situation where you needed something deeply, but no one understood your need? Or they kept offering you options that didn’t meet your need? This is often the situation for adult survivors of child sexual abuse when they are seeking support around housing and healing. What we know is that adult survivors of child sexual abuse can experience housing instability or homelessness throughout the lifespan as a result of sexual trauma in childhood.
