This is a tool to help you reflect on the role of leadership in creating strong advocacy for adult survivors of child sexual abuse. We share supports that leadership can provide and discussion questions for you to reflect on. Some supports for advocates we address are:

  • Supervisory support for reflection and growth
  • Time and space to adequately and creatively serve adult survivors of child sexual abuse
  • For advocates to feel that intangible advocacy skills are valued and valuable
