This webinar for sexual assault coalitions was a follow up to the RSP Regional Roundtable and Train-the-Trainer on Financial Management held earlier this year. This webinar was a peer discussion opportunity for sexual assault coalition directors, fiscal managers, and trainers. Sexual assault coalitions shared their experiences in training local programs on the financial management manual that was presented at the RSP Regional Trainings. The panel shared information on planning the training agenda, considerations for how to structure the training, feedback from participants, modifications pertinent to local programs, advice on what has worked well, and ideas for change. Participants on the call had opportunities to ask questions and share plans for financial management training in their own states.
