Unpacking the Grey Area: Force, Fraud, Coercion and Sexual Violence

Those not involved in anti-violence work often have a different perception of what qualifies as sexual violence. This leaves many survivors feeling confused, shameful, and unsupported when they experience sexual harm. In this webinar, attendees will:

• Reflect on the definitions of sexual violence and consent
• Examine the effects of media and culture shifts within the past decade
• Think critically about the language used to describe sexual violence and
• Identify ways to support people in navigating sexual trauma and harm
