Empowering Your Board to Lead:  Understanding the Roles and Responsibilities of Your Board of Directors on June 18, 2015.

Part 1 of the webinar (Slides 1 – 22) is 49 minutes in length. The section addresses Board composition and structure, 3 duties of the Board, ethics, conflict of interest, and general responsibilities.

Part 2 of the webinar (Slides 23 – 41) is 45 minutes in length. The section addresses key roles and responsibilities of the Board, distinguishing the roles and responsibilities of the Board versus the Executive Director, financial responsibilities of the Board, fundraising, long range and strategic planning responsibilities of the Board:
